The Pink Ceiling

personal performance coaching

"Training alone increases employee productivity by just over 22%; however, couple training with coaching and this increases employee productivity by 88%, clearly identifying that coaching in the workplace seriously impacts the bottom line".

- Fortune Magazine

This dynamic and challenging executive coaching program is designed to help executives, managers and experienced professionals move beyond the perceived limitations of their current personal, work group and organizational boundaries.

Fortune Magazine states "Training alone increases employee productivity by just over 22%; however, couple training with coaching and this increases employee productivity by 88%, clearly identifying that coaching in the workplace seriously impacts the bottom line".

Coaching individuals within an organization develops a different perspective on the company, their responsibilities and their futures. Coaching provides an opportunity for a manager to explore in an objective and professional way those issues, attitudes, and behaviors that are important to his/her performance and career. They become more aware, performance levels improve and this has a positive effect on the atmosphere within the organization.

There are six phases to our coaching program.

Assessment
"What is the problem? What can be measured to monitor progress?"

Feedback
"This is what others say about you. What do you think?"

Action Plan
"What are you willing to do? How do you want me to help you?

Action
"Here's the next step. What happened? What did you learn? What is next?"

Measurement
"What have you accomplished?"

Follow-up

"How do you keep the progress going beyond the end of the program?”

With the right questions posed, we integrate all points of view until the answers become apparent.

Who Works with a Business Coach?
Business people who want to get more out of their lives.

How We Work
• Step One:  We talk to the client/ stakeholder (sometimes the client’s employer) about why they believe coaching might be the answer.  If it appears to be a possible good fit, we send An Introduction to Business Coaching to you via email. Once you have had a chance to review both documents and you are ready to commit to coaching, we move to step two.

• Step Two: We send you a copy of Preparing for Your First Session.  This multi-page questionnaire asks you several questions about your goals and current behaviors.  We also interview those you designate if appropriate.  Finally, we schedule your session.

• Step Three: We spend an hour or three getting to know each other. In this session we will set goals to follow up the following week.

• Step Four: We meet the following week over the telephone or via video conference to discuss your progress.

Payment
All sessions are paid in advance.

Our Pledge to You
• We won’t work with people who are not committed to their success.

• We won’t work with people who we believe we have nothing to offer.

• Our conversations are 100% confidential.

• Our conversations are about your business success.  They are not therapy, financial planning, or friendship.

• If you need a recommendation for another service, we will gladly provide one.

You are a product of your environment. So choose the environment that will best develop you toward your objective. Analyze your life in terms of its environment. Are the things around you helping you toward success--or are they holding you back?
